Exactly what I was looking for, have used it a few times already. It comes only slightly inflated, and I tried to use it that way, but decided to add more air. It comes with one of those needle air adapters, but no pump, which I knew. You can use a bicycle pump or a air compressor to put more air into it. Many reviewers stated that they could not get more air into the cushion, well it is tricky to get the needle into the adapter port in the cushion. You have to pinch it and insert the needle ALL of the way in. Then it inflates with ease. I am using it to improve my balance and strengthen my legs and core. I need to do this for both exercise and for making it easier for me to use my Stand Up Surf Board. Only thing is I would like it to be a little larger in diameter, but it does allow me to use both feet on it, so not an issue. As to the weight it can handle, I am six feet tall and 200 lbs, and it holds me with no issue, and appears to maintain the air pressure I put in it. It appears to be a well made product, I would have no problem recommending it to friends and family.

Better than brand products

It keeps you moving while driving. I didn’t build up pressure and pain in my back with this while on a trip. Give it a try. I hope you like it as much as I do.

I cant say enough about this product. After years of chronic upper back, neck pain and chiropractor adjustments, my hips started hurting or I thought they were. My MD said it was my lower back causing my pain and prescribed some pain meds. My chiropractor suggested I just give this a try and I have not been back to see him since. I have used it for a month. I use it in the office for about 2 - 4 hours a day. I work in a call center so am pretty much at my desk all day. I am also a photographer and haul alot of gear around. My neck has absolutely no issues. I was not able to check my blind spot driving a month ago and today is no issue. I have no problems picking up anything off the floor now. I do not have pain getting out of a chair like I used to. I can not say enough about this product. I do notice a difference if I do not use if for 3 days so think it will be a life long needed tool but each week gets better and better! The money I have saved on prescriptions and Dr visits is also amazing. $20? Best buy in years!
