I read that an enzyme called DAO was very high in beef kidney, and that it breaks down excess histamines. So I bought this for my chronic urticaria. It works!!! I have to be careful to avoid my worst triggers (grains, sugar, dairy), but I'm able to have some things that I haven't been able to have in years! Things like coffee, chocolate, and peanutbutter.I haven't gone completely carnivore yet, but I am thinking about it after experiencing the healing nourishment in grass fed organ meats! Please dont ever change this product, except maybe to make it organic!

I began taking these as a cheaper DAO supplement and im so glad! It's helped me get through allergy season! I wish i had discovered this long ago because it sounds cliché but its truly been life changing and I'm obsessed!

Works as well as any DAO product for Histamine intolerance and Mast Cell Activation problems.

I tried switching from the Ancestral brand to this to save money, but it didn't work out for me. It made my mouth tingle. But I see others have had a more positive experience.

I wanted to love these, as they are much cheaper than the Ancestral supplements I usually take. However, they give me heartburn and unpleasant-tasting burps.... and I very rarely get heartburn. ***Edited to add: I've been taking these for 5 days, and I get a bit of heartburn and a couple burps initially, then it settles down and all is good. I'm willing to deal with that in order to save half on kidney supplements.

I read about products like this when I was hardcore on AIP, still recovering from Lyme & Autoimmune disease running rampant, along with chronic mold exposure (the terrible 3’s), but I refused because of the cost. I just couldn’t risk it. The cost of eating a particular way, without suffering, and all the extra was too much for me. But I salivated over the feedback on these types of healing supplements, still not willing to take the plunge financially.Well, I regret that now! I’m in a unique spot. I was able to try this for free! That’s the only way I would know what it is that I do now. They actually are worth all the hype. I feel amazing, the next day, after I take these at night. Like extra Good!!! Or just not crappy! Which is fabulous, and RARE.I seem to sleep super-deep and comfy, but without waking up in the middle of the night. And THAT has nothing to do with this supplement directly—it’s not what they claim to be able to do. But apparently there is enough of something good in it, that my body needs, and can use, in order to help me that way. MEGA SCORE!!!Here’s what I don’t like. My poo now smells like an unearthed grave, every morning. That most likely is EXTREMELY specific to my own gut-biome situation, but it’s a thing that only happens when I take this. And it is disturbing. But I honestly don’t care.This makes me feel amazing. It’s providing something my body clearly needs. And this one is a little cheaper than the bigger name, which I haven’t tried, but I don’t think you have to. They meet every check I needed them to. But the proof for me, was in how it made me feel, consistently.Insanely good!!!
