Not very pleasant
Too sharp, dry and sour. I wouldn't buy this again. The So Organic feta sold buy Sainsbury's is superior to this brand!!!

Creamy, Tangy, Aromatic, the best.
I used it to make pasta with oven roasted cherry tomatoes and feta. I used Rustichella penne rigate, but spaghetti would work equally well. Use 30g of feta per 100g of pasta, 100g cherry tomatoes cut in half, (I used Baby San Marzano), a generous drizzle of good quality extra virgin olive oil (I used Odysea Kalamata extra virgin olive oil), date molasses to control the acidity of the tomato, (but sugar could be used) and a crushed clove of garlic. I will eat the rest of the Feta drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and oregano with pita bread and the remaining tomatoes.

Smooth and Creamy and ORGANIC!
This is what proper feta should taste like! Greek, Sheep & Goat's and it's ORGANIC! Creamy smooth taste, great to eat in a salad or chucking it into a pasta. There is a lot of cheap, fake feta that is made from cow's milk so you need to keep an eye out and not trust the cheap stuff!
