This is a great attachment. The value is much better than buying 3 others attachments. The multiply loops is great to fine tune the movements. Been using for about a year and there have been no rips or seams breaking. Comfortable in the hand even at heavy weights. Length is just right for my pulldown machine but could vary. It helps it has a longer loop and shorter loop.

Very versatile and easy to keep in your gym bag. These provide a much better grip than traditional ropes and allow for a wider variety of exercises and comfort during workouts.

Love this attachment. Basically exclusively use it for triceps extensions, push downs, biceps curls, face pulls, lat pull overs. Solid and soft, so no more tricep rope know digging into your hands
