Exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The laces are of a slightly cheap ribbon weave, so if you are actually wearing this, not just displaying it, they may unravel fairly quickly. I recommend dipping the ends in super glue as soon as you receive it. The size is exactly what we ordered, and the hat is so warm that your head starts heating up before you even put it on all the way. Very nice coverage of the neck and chin when the flaps are down. The pin was real metal and enamel; not at all plasticy or cheap. Fur does not have that weird plastic shine that most faux furs have, although the texture doesn't perfectly mimic real fur. Definitely worth the price.

I bought this as sort of a costume and i were a balaclava with this and i got the large order and it seems very tight. But very soft very clean
