Full disclosure: I am a very amateur hobbyist, and using this for restoration of some broken porcelain. Airbrushing works great, if you ignore the 10% thinning recommended, and go for 1:1. What worked best for me was 3 parts Rustin's, 2 parts Airbrush thinner, 1 part Airbrush flow Improver. Nice thin coat, then an hour in the hot box at 140F. Followed by four additional coats. Micromesh to the desired gloss, 12,000 leaves a beautiful finish. Buffing will take it to a glass like surface. Really good product, with a little practice.

A little goes a long way with this water based glaze. I discovered the product when I was restoring an ornament which had losses that needed to be filled, painted and finally glazed. A small amount mixed in with the acrylic paint I used also made the paint stick a little better to the repaired areas. Have since used this glaze to finish some smaller projects which has given them a fantastic shine and intensified the paint colours. It's fast drying and a very effective glaze for your projects.

I use this to seal the paint or filler on ceramic/porcelain repairs. Sometimes I add a very small amount to the paint to create a smoother paint with more resilience. It's waterproof and clear and goes on without showing most brush-marks (although they are still there if you look closely, maybe that's down to the brushes I use). It is expensive but it was recommended to me by a ceramics repair teacher and it's better than others I have tried and it lasts a long, long time if you keep the lid on.

It seems to do the job it's supposed to do. I waited for a while to see how well it works, no complaints so far
