Great mat but written instructions need improving, however if you phone a really nice lady will give you all the information you need!!

This is a wonderful heat pad with chakra balanced crystals as well as the deep far infra red heat that soothes your aches and pains away. It is so relaxing I often fall asleep whilst using it. Note to distributors/manufacturers - it would be perfect if you could include a longer cable with it as I had to use an extension lead as it is quite short. Also the timings are quite long, 4 hours, 8 and 12 which is not really necessary as it is not a sleep blanket. 30 mins, 1 and 2 hours would be even better. I love the mat and am using it regularly. I use it on my spare bed so that it is more comfortable, but because of this you do get body impressions in the mattress where the body is heavier. All in all a wonderful invention. Thank you
