Chew. Spit. Rinse. Repeat. It had 8 small bottles as shown in the product display picture. Good for fighting that post-prandial food coma. But longevity is mediocre. Good if you are a busy person and need to quickly cleanse your palate after eating a meal. Don't be overeating it or swallowing it.

The mint flavour is good but it's too sweet,.try to less sweetning ..pr only mint flavour is really good...overall it's good ... quantity in single bottle is not adequate
