Very comfortable
The FEGSY Adjustable Knee Cap is comfy, snug, and great for workouts, running, or everyday knee pain. The neoprene material feels nice, and it stays in place without being too tight. It adds good stability, but if you need heavy-duty support, this might not be enough.

Worst item. The item is not good in quality comfort.The material is very tough and giving pain while using. It does not work for my needs and I have lost my money. I requested for return as the item is not working properly but in vain don’t buy it.
