Holiday Reindeer Paper Towel Holder. Ceramic

i left poor feedback saying part of the item was missing but it was put inside the styrofoam packaging where i could not see it.i love this item.

Very sturdy, cute, looks great on the kitchen counter.

This paper towel holder is very cute but the quality and craftsmanship is poor. It was packaged in molded styrofoam surrounded by a fitted box. When I opened it. The rod that was supposed to attached to the base had broken off because it was simply glued (see photo). Additionally on the base, there are two different shades of brown paint. It looks like there was an accident with the particular item I received and they just painted over it with a different shade of paint. The paint on the actual reindeer is fine from a distance but if you go up to grab a paper towel, you can see it is quite messy. I am trying to decide if if this is worth sending back or if I should just fix it myself. I would not recommend this product for the price.

Assembly could be better, doesn't tighten well, a bit flimsy but very pretty

Too heavy and not sturdy enough to support the weight. I broke it the first time I changed the roll. It is cute but if you buy it support it from underneath or the bottom drops out and its gone.
