Sony XR50X90J 50" 4K High Dynamic Range Bravia Smart TV with an Additional 1 Year Coverage by Epic Protect (2021)

This is our second Sony Bravia. Our previous Bravia was purchased in 2007/8 (during the holiday season), and has served us wonderfully until the recent 20221-22 holiday season. The ONLY reason for the new model Sony is that the first was not a “smart” TV. As a retired couple of teachers, we began to itch for the possibilities a smart Bravia would afford us. We are NOT disappointed! Our new, SMART Sony Bravia is everything our previous Sony had been—but ON TV STEROIDS! This is a gift to ourselves we grade as a 9.9 out of a possible 10 point A+. The only disappointment is the cumbersome, poorly organized remote. Otherwise, the 2021 Sony Bravia, residing prominently in our living room sits as the head of its class. 👍🏼

I hope this will last quite a long time. I think it will. Everything points that direction.

Exceptional TV set, it has such a good picture that you can see spots or blemishes on the cameras watching movies.

I had a Sony before this new Sony. My previous Sony was only a year old. However, when I was trying to to reach the cord from behind the whole TV fell over forcing me purchase another TV.I much prefer the previous Sony, but I could not find the same model so I decided to try this one.The picture is good enough....though it took me awhile to make adjustments.I'm not happy at all with the sound on this TV and no matter how much I make adjustments I can't get it to the sound of my previous Sony.I also do not like or care for Google. I'm not a Google fan and I don't like being forced to have to set up my Google account on the TV.Otherwise, this TV is fine. It'llhave to do. I'm getting used to it and it's growing on me.The remote control for this TV is the best thing about it. My previous Sony remote control it was difficult to use compared to this one. I love the remote control.Also my previous Sony I could project my phone onto the TV however I've tried and tried on this one and can't seem to figure it out.I'm getting four stars because I'm extremely disappointed in the sound on this TV
