Okay so here's comes a review from someone with biomechanically poor posture since I was 12 and which has only gotten worse with our modern lifestyle. When people were talking about posture due to prolonged laptop hours I already had struggles a whole decade before. I have tried every product under the sun on my quest to fix this issue.Right so the pros. Its a corset with straps and back support. This kind of design is actually not widely available despite being overall the better option as your entire torso is supported. Corsets are great for lower and mid back alignment. Also on the pros, the mesh that cushions under the armpit is really long so no matter how much it slides during the day you can re-adjust with plenty. Support score: 7.5/10. I'll more more in cons.Cons. The shoulder straps seem to push you down rather than back. For most of us with poor posture, the issue is the curvature of the upper back combined with inward arched shoulders. What you need for your upper body is something that opens up your chest and forces you to maintain that. This does NOT do this. Often I give up on the straps altogether and just use this as a corset for torso support.The ideal design would take the lower part of this but combine it with more metal on the upper part, ideally aligning the back to the neck also.So you fix one issue but it exposes the design flaws and you will end up with other issues.Also the price is way too steep for average material.

I have hEDS with chronic lower back pain.My posture has been bad for a while now and I’ve had slipped discs previously so having this has really helped with the pain levels as it supports the areas I’ve got issues whilst also correcting my posture.The only improvement that could be made is the shoulder straps as I’m constantly finding on the right side digging into me. Wearing a T-shirt under has made it more bearable but it still bothers me slightly. Otherwise this is the best purchase I’ve made in the last few years.Would definitely recommend just be careful not to wear it too frequently. I only wear it when I get pain/evenings so I’m hoping this usage will guide my back into a healthier posture.

sizing was on the small size - the product is really only a back support - the shoulder straps are of very limited use - the elastic does not lie flat and cuts the flesh if pulled tight enough provide any support. This is my experience after two weeks of use.

Initially gave some relief. Very difficult to put on unaided. Elastic Straps do not lie flat and curl up under arm. Poor quality as starting to come apart after a few uses. Not much support for lower back

I was disappointed in my purchase , because the quality of the elasticated straps were poor . The elastic straps are not strong enough to support or hold your shoulders back .

Good quality. This was my 3rd order for family.

It’s quite a heavy item even in the small/medium size… at the moment my spine is too fragile to wear it… perhaps as I mend multiple fractures in my spine it will be more useful…. Nice quality though
