ROCCAT HIRO + 3D Supremacy Surface Gaming Mouse Pad

I love this pad, it's not ridiculously oversized like most "gaming" pads are today. The texture isn't overly rough so even if you drag any fingers across during use it's not obnoxious, and it has plenty of control without being sluggish. The biggest problem with this pad is the edges where you wrest your palm lifting up from the base, and there's no easy way to fix it, at least super glue barely worked for a little bit. If it wasn't for that one reason I wouldn't be looking for a new pad today.

As someone who used a Razer Sphex Gen 1 for years, moving to a new pad was hard to pick as I was iffy on cloth being a thing anymore, let alone alternate surfaces(I had some previous hard ones that seemed to loose their texture over time, and was not sure on just a metal slab), until I settled on this one due to how it was made.High Quality Silicone Mousepad, has weight to it, quiet, mice glide well, doesn't move when placed down easy. And easy to clean with warm water and mild soap---but for love of materials, use only a sponge, microfiber cloth, or simple hand towel to clean with. Do not make the mistake I did of going "gonna scrub, some say toothbrush...wait I have a potato/hand scrubber" because of assuming it would just get the nooks and crannies without remembering it is a cloth layer will ruin your pad's texture and leave tiny microfibers all over making it feel fuzzy.So I will have to buy a new one when time comes when it fails on me. And will buy same one again.

Should have keep the original envelope-like package like HIRO where the pad comes flat.This HIRO+ now curls inside a small box, making it not even when laying on the desk and has to be flattened (I used hair dryer and put it under books for a few days).Otherwise this is a perfect pad of this size.

I first ordered an aluminum mousepad that is very highly rated and did not like the sound it made. This mousepad is much much better. It is quiet and smooth, very high precision AND control with little resistance. The material is very high quality and is comfortable. Hits all the marks!You will NOT be disappointed.** edit, I lied. The label came partially off after just a short time. Still great otherwise but that really is a disappointment

I have used a few of the older model hiro and they all lasted a long time, very nice quality and was happy with them. I purchased this updated + model and not even 2 months later the print that says Roccat Hiro+ started peeling off and was annoying since you could feel it on your wrist as you game. Also, just the surface the pad itself seems to be faulty as it became lumpy. I hope it was just an anomaly, one that slipped through the cracks because I really like Roccat products but this one really was a let down. For now I will just use an old mouse pad since those are still usable while this one just has all sorts of issues.

very good for gaming... make the movement much smoother

I tried a lot of mousepads. This and the steelseries Dex are the best ones.

As good as the original, can't really see any differences.

I bought this to upgrade my original Roccat mat which I have had for years, but had got damaged when moving home, whilst I agree that these are more expensive then you average mouse mat, you are paying for the quality and longevity that the Roccat mouse mat gives you.Delivery was unexpectedly fast, and should I ever need to, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one.

It's hard to write a review about a mouse mat, let alone market one. The marketers had gone all out for this affair - did you know this mouse mat has "covert-tech surface treatment for ultra-quiet gliding"? Me neither. How about, "force field protective coating"? Which apparently makes it easy to clean. Who knew.All in all it pretty much does what it says on the tin - offers a large surface area, stays put, and let's mice glide consistently and quietly over it.11/10, would force field glide again.

My previous Roccat Hiro mousepad lasted me for quite some time, but by now it started to bubble up between the two layers, so I bought a new one. So far so good, it's still early days, but I expect it to last as long as the previous one.

Nice texture, mouse glides across it smoothly and effortlessly, no slips or movement, excellent grip on the reverse side & looks great with other Roccat products, I'm trying hard to keep crumbs & food stuff away from it lol :) Very happy with it so far!

This mat is worth every penny. Very smooth, right amount of cushioning for the wrist and perfect amount of friction for the mouse. The silicon impregnated material feels very comfortable under the hand all day.
