To be honest I gave it try for good while and didn’t get any results.

I have been using it for years now. Is good that I have recommend for people who are on big pharma medication and they no longer use big pharma. If you have high blood pressure this your time to change things. No side effects and efficient.

After my husband's blood pressure spiked, the doctor wanted to put him on prescription meds. Instead, I opted for this, Carlson's vitamin A and Garlique brand garlic tab for blood preasure and he is back on track. I also make him a smoothie with flax meal, chia and turmeric. I will add fish oil to his regimen.
