Works. Wood burns.
This product works as advertised. The wood handle smoked and burned but isn’t necessary anyway.

Seems cheaply made but does the job.
Product has some really rough welds. Looks like it's thrown together in a metal shop from spare parts. However it does the job. And it does come with metal rods to use for spacers for smaller ingots sizes. That's pretty decent of them to include that. Would buy again if I needed one.

Imperfections
Part of the handle wasn’t attached, so I’ll have to re-glue it back on and there is a chip in the handle. (The first picture). It’s pretty solid feeling in your hand, got a little weight to it, so hopefully it performs. Haven’t tried it yet.

Mould works as it should.
On a hot pour the handle will catch fire. Plan to mod the handle, or burn your glove.

Well designed
Was smaller than expected but I need to read the specifications better. Well designed and sturdy.

Not made correctly.
Was sent a mold that was not forged correctly. Was not willing the correct shodly workmanshi.sent back for a refund. Mettal would have leaked out of the mold rendering it useless

Not as well sealed as it needs to be
This is used for melted metals.

I wouldn't buy it again. I wouldn't have bought if I knew it looked this crappy.
Final build quality is crap.Handle is at an upward angle which you wouldnt want on something like this.More or less spot welded together.The steel for compartmentalizing is terribly cut. Not a straight edges on it.The part to help the wood handle from splitting wasn't even glued in place.It came rusted.
