100%! My first use I had a headache and neck pain. At first it was tender to the back of my head. I played around w knees down and then knees up. After about 8min my neck pain was gone and the headache was releasing. After 10 min no pain. I have herniation sat c4-5 and 5-6

Q: How firm is it? i need hard rubber not foam.

It’s pretty firm. Like a very hard foam. The only “give” in it is through the design that has a little verticals movement.
