It’s for the person who wants to reclaim the joy of movement without the "inner-thigh wildfire." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I Have Conquered the Friction That Once Defined Me" I used to be a victim of physics. I am a man of action, but that action usually resulted in my thighs rubbing together with the heat and intensity of two tectonic plates. By the time I got home from a jog—or even a brisk walk through a humid Costco—I felt like my skin had been treated with a belt sander. Then came Body Glide. Why This Stick is a Human Miracle: The "Invisibility Cloak" for Chafing: You put it on, and you feel... nothing. It’s not greasy, it’s not gooey, and it doesn't smell like a medicine cabinet. It creates a frictionless forcefield that makes my limbs glide past each other like two oiled penguins on a luge track. The "All-Terrain" Application: The label says "Arm, Chest, Butt, Thigh." It’s basically a map of my former pain points. I’ve applied this in places I won't mention in polite company, and for the first time in a decade, I can walk to the mailbox without a grimace. I have been using Body Glide chafe balm sticks for decades. I have never changed to any other brand because it has always been of great quality for me. Lightweight, not greasy and delivers every single time. As a big thigh woman, the stick is consistent and no residue on my closing. My thighs glide when I wear a sundress and not any chafe!

Works great at preventing chafing. Last for hours while sweating at work. It also stays on while swimming. Application is very easy.

Works good, easy to use and small size makes it portable. Seems kind of expensive though.

Body glide worked wonders for my first half marathon. I’m not a super big girl but I sure as hell ain’t built like a twig. The thighs definitely touch and chaffing has always been an issue in warmer weather. I used it once on the inside of the thighs right before I started my half marathon. I ran in 70° weather so I was bound to have some thigh redness and discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran all 13.1 miles and had minimal to no redness and no pain. It was super easy to apply, kind of like a sunblock stick and it was odorless. It was money well spent.

Ease of application: very easy to apply you just rub around your chafing rash like a deodorant bar. Longevity: lasts almost my whole shift which is 10 hours, I would say it lasts 8 to 9 hours. Thickness: not thick at all I actually don’t feel it at all after applying it. Skin protection: my bumps have been healing very good ever since I have been using this. Scent: there’s no scent at all or at least I can’t smell anything, which is ok for me at least.

Most of us have some kind of personal issue, and you know your symptoms can be kind of idiomatic. Some people have seborrheic dandruff, some people just have eczema, some people respond to sunlight, some not, eyeglasses prescriptions are very specific, some people get bad cramps with their periods and some don't, and so on. That said, after trying all the conventional solutions for chafe, this is the one fix that actually finally worked for me. I don't want to recommend something that won't work for you, but understand that it's worth a try. Read on so we can compare cases. I get thigh and butt chafe ("monkey butt") from long periods of any kind of walking or running and it's worsened by moisture, whether that be sweat or rain or humidity or lotion. This has happened to me throughout my life, regardless of my weight at the time, even when I've been in very athletic shape. I have tried specially tailored underwear for chafe (so mid-thighs including ones without inseams), deodorant, baby powder, even treating the problem as a potential yeast infection with antifungals - which it apparently was not. The formula just seems to be thin skin + moisture of any kind + walking = chafe. The first day I got the balm, it was the middle of summer in Georgia, and I applied what seemed to be a pretty heavy coating (this turned out to be about 1/20 of the 1.5 oz stick, I'd say) generously around the effected areas. I then proceeded to run 5 miles outside and walk for another 5. In all I was outside for close to 2 hours, sweating in about 85 or 90 degree F weather. This would have definitely chafed me big time but I emerged unscathed. Over the following months I applied it whenever I planned on doing any kind of cardiovascular exercises or a lot of walking around outside, and it was virtually flawless in its protection. If I had to guess what was happening, I'd say it seems to keep the skin from interfacing with moisture so it doesn't prune up or soften and make itself vulnerable to friction. It's not that it's really a lubricant or anti-irritant or anything. Here are some details on it: - It goes on more invisibly than white deodorant, but it can leave some oils on fabric that wash out fine - It may be drier than you expect it to be - In my case, about 0.1 ounce was more than enough to protect me for the entire day of activity and I would imagine the average person would get at least 20 uses per 1.5 oz stick (so $0.50 for protection from a day of chafe by my reckoning) - It seems to work well between the outside temperatures of 35 F to about 100 F. I haven't tested it outside this range. - I could detect no scent from it Even if you haven't exhausted your other options yet, I would recommend giving it a try. I saw another review mentioning the stick being melted upon delivery, which I didn't have a problem with even in the Southern summer, and the stick seems to store just fine up to 85 degrees. If you're experiencing extraordinary heat outside like if you're trapped inside in Phoenix while it's 120 degrees outside, you may want to find a more secure delivery, but I think it'll be fine. Overall, the Body Glide stick has fulfilled its purpose brilliantly and I'm writing this as I order my next stick. Give it a try.

Body glide works very well to prevent blisters and hotspots on my feet when I run or hike. I wish I had found it sooner. I think it’s especially a great idea when you get a new pair of shoes and you’re not sure where you’re gonna get a hotspot and you can apply it to your feet as a preemptive measure. Try it and you’ll be glad you did.

Bon produit qui a l'effet promis. Utilisé lorsque je porte des jupes, pour éviter l'effet de brûlure dû au frottement des cuisses, ce produit aide effectivement à beaucoup réduire ce problème. A noter, il s'agit d'un assez petit contenu à priori, et qui m'est arrivé en triste état puisqu'une partie de l'emballage avait été retiré et que je n'ai trouvé dans ma boite aux lettres que le bouchon et une partie du baume lui-même. J'ignore s'il s'agit d'un mauvais emballage ou d'un acte de malveillance. Au final, je rachèterai très certainement
