This product needs to be refrigerated based on the specifications listed, and it didn’t come like that. The product was hot for having been exposed to the hot weather.

This is the best probiotic. I used to get it at my naturopath’s office because she had her own pharmacy but she retired. Thankfully I was able to find it on Amazon.

Ice Pack
The product is always good but ice pack is too small. It seems the ice pack is barely cold. Should be a larger ice pac with the products.
