Excellent product. Comfortable with good arch support. I have been using these inserts with all the new shoes I purchase.

My 10 year old was having trouble after football practice with pain in his posterior tibial tendon, that runs around the inside of the ankle and helps support the arch of the foot. Basically he needed more arch support in his cleats. After removing the original insoles, these fit perfectly in his size 6 cleats with no trimming. The added arch support has eliminated his foot pain. We went from having to ice his feet every day after practice to no pain at all. They have great arch support and stay in place very well. Thank you for a great product!

Our 8 yr old was complaining of knee and foot and leg pain and eventually we took her to dr and found out she has flat feet or getting there and that her feet were rolling/turning in and it messes w her alignment all the way up. And didn’t realize how all her shoes insoles were all flat! So I bought these and 3 other diffferent pairs and these and 1 other were amazing. She’s such a picky kid when it comes to how clothing and stuff feels on her and she was immediately so happy to have these in here shoes and standing on them!!!! Omg best feeling as a mom to see ur child happy not in pain and be able to solve a problem for her!!!😘 can’t speak for how long they will last but this is a million times better than the nothing sole that came w her shoe. This is awesome! I also feel like this one may last very well because it has a little bit of hard plastic on bottom near arch I think. I’m so excited!

My son loves these. He says he is now able to run faster and he doesn’t complain his legs hurt all the time. Will definitely be getting them again

Helped correct the lack of arch for flat feet. Child said was comfortable. In a size 2 and this fit a little short without cutting. So if a little larger, may need bigger size. Within a month to month and a half of daily wear they are already coming apart - seems cosmetic at this point with fabric lifting. Figured they would last longer than that.

Bought several for my daughter to put in all her shoes because she plays a lot of sports and was going to PT for a year to rebuild her arches and correct some plantar fasciitis and other issues. She wouldn't use these at first, so I put them in my rubber garden boots and my running shoes. They are Awesome! At her Podiatrist check up, he was describing the type of insole she needed (we already bought the expensive tennis shoes). I pulled out one of my insoles and asked him if they are what he was describing...and they were. He was recommending custom insoles just like these. He said give them a try for a few weeks and see how it goes. Within a week, my daughters foot/leg issues were almost completely resolved and as long as that continues, we won't need to get the custom insoles made. I recommend these especially for kids playing sports because cleats and tennis shoes do not come with good insoles anymore and they will end up with issues/injuries eventually.
