Always had hip pain when walking, after a bit of research I came to the conclusion that something called the IT band (goes from knee to hip) was the problem. I bought the brace and haven't had any pain on the times I've worn it. A really simple brace, but very effective. Highly recommended.

After suffering with quadriceps tendonitis for a week or so and after trying several other supports I found this to be the only one that actually works.Even wearing it tight its still comfortable and alleviate the pain in my knee while driving.Well worth it.

My partner suffers from osteoarthritis and acl deficient. Absolutely noticeable difference , immediately difference. As with knees, time will tell. But defanatly recommended.

Only wish I had found these earlier for my elderly father who is crippled with osteoarthritis he finds them easy to put on and take off and has had some relieve from pain. Would recommend to others and have.

So far so good, he hasn’t complained of the pain as much as he said his feels his knees are getting more support! So far so happy. Only time will tell if they continue to work as they are now

pain still comes back when running.but not as quick as usual.could just be me and i should have it properly checked out.not too uncomfortable when running

I use them every day so they get used a lot on both my knees. They last a long time but I eventually stretch them then I buy two more pairs - but well worth the money. I have used these for years.

I bought this as I already have 1 dodgy knee and now both knees are quite bad as I have hyper mobility in my joints. I cannot run or go on cross trainer without these as my knees hurt too much but these keep my knee stable and prevents from straining and stretching too much - I now have several pairs so always have spare pair when others in wash
