I bought it to relive my childhood of strawberries and cream cream savers. After RUDELY finding out they were discontinued like FOREVER ago. They’re a close second. I feel like there’s more strawberry than cream but it’s very close to the flavor I remember ❤️

The only candy that I’ve ever liked was werther's strawberry and cream hard candy. For years I’ve kept finding old melted ones in book bags and always wanted to find another version to replace what I’d lost but never did until recently. This was my first attempt at trying to find a replacement and it’s almost spot on. I can tell it’s not exactly what I remember but I also truly can’t tell you what the biggest difference is. A lot of the main 1 star reviews I saw for this almost were a put off and I don’t purchase but I realized those people were mainly upset that it had a Christian element to it and that one biblical verse was ‘overkill’ for the candy/company. I will definitely be buying one of their bigger quantities next time I order. I highly advise at least getting a smaller bag to try it out if you liked the original.
