My granddaughter loved this and would not put it down for days. She is rough on toys and it is still one of her favorites.

Broken
Bought this doll for my daughter's birthday. While brushing her hair the neck of the doll snapped off. Asking for a replacement please. The package got damaged while unwrapping...she really loves this doll but didn't get the chance to fully enjoy it so I'm asking kindly for a replacement

Nice dolls and good value.
They are nice pretty dolls with nice hair. They won't pass as a Barbie but I do like them.
