Great Product for Home or Shop
With no mention of our local auto parts store that was charging $150.00 for a case of 50 count. I decided to find other alternatives. This product in my opinion performed very well when absorbing oily spills. I loved the fact that it was cheaper and had more sheets than our local auto parts store.

Good quality and clean up messes well
I am sure they are all made by the same company , these are a good value and clean up oil spills as well as others

Thin
They are definitely thinner than other brands. Threw them on a few spills from oils and diesel, worked amazingly well. Great value for the number in package.

Super absorbent pads, great for spills of any kinds that need to be absorbed quickly
I love these things. I hear their main use is for oil spills in garages and stuff, but I use this product in a chemical laboratory. It easily pulls up spilled liquids. A massive water spill (say five gallons or so) can easily be absorbed by 3 or 4 of these bad boys. Only thing to note is if you use them to clean up any polar solvents (alcohols, alkylhalides, ethers, esters, ets) to remember to pick them up after they absorb all the solvent. If left on the floor to dry the solvent causes them to stick to the floor and its a small pain to chip the pad off the floor

Thin so need to use twice the pads as normal
As others have stated these pads are about half the thickness you would expect/want. They do not absorb oils quite as nice as you'd want. They also are a bit fragile. You have to use two or three times the material to do the same job. I'm not saying don't buy them, but keep in mind the 2:1 ratio when price shopping.

Very useful thing to have when your a mechanic. Saves you plenty of mess clean up, they're very absorbent. I've used them on coolant, engine oil, water and transmission fluid and its absorbed every one, and its half the price of the stuff I can get in town, works just as good. Thanks

I was disappointed with the construction of this pad. It's very flimsy and tears easily. The absorbency isn't that great either and if oil is spilled on the pad it tends to run first before it is adsorbed, shop paper towels actually adsorbed oil faster. Thinner liquids like water may work soak in quicker. I really debated on returning but needed something now so will use them up and switch to something else.
