VYPYR® X1 Guitar Modeling Amp

I really like this Amp! It’s more cost efficient and it sounds better than my previous amps (A Spark and a Yamaha) It has a preset knob with presets and also knobs to control specifics such as gain and such (just like any other amp). This is a great amp for metal and rock. It is larger and more powerful than I expected. I live on the 4th floor of an apartment. I can only turn the volume to just over 1.

First one we got (Christmas morning) wouldn't turn on 😞. We exchanged and the second one worked as expected! (I'm not removing a star due to this as I believe that ALL electronics have the ability to just not work -- lol). This is my son's second practice amp, I did a ton of research and since he really wants to get into playing more METAL / distorted stuff... he needed an amp to give him that "sound"! This amp is absolutely fantastic at super distorted type of stuff... it's a modeling amp → and it has excellent options for a budding metal enthusiast! It chugs! (He is using a Solar: AB2.6C MKII) and this combo sounds AMAZING!

I jam metalcore and this amp paired with a Boss ML-2 pedal and Seymour Duncan black winter pickups, This Amp nails that metal tone and heavy gain for the price you pay makes it even more worth it. Just buy it and get to shredding.

These are advertised as "metal" amps but the distortion on this sounds so terrible.. There's so many effects that's cool, too bad they sound so muddy, I couldn't get any sort of decent tone out of this with high gain on 4 different guitars... Thank god Amazon allows returns or I would be so bummed out.

I really wanted a smaller cabinet for practice since I play mostly through an interface. at first glance it looks like a great piece of hardware. After playing just a few minutes, the handle was vibrating and even with studio headphones it still remained an issue. Paying over 200$ for this made me feel like I just got robbed. Thankfully amazon return is "GOATED". Thanks amazon for being amazing as far as returns are considered. Human review for humans to see :)

Came ontime had no damage sounds very well as described and for the money it's well worth it for what I was looking for which is a bedroom or the basement.. It's plenty loud enough and the variety of functions are great to find the sound your looking for with adjustments to the presets. It's a thumbs 👍

tiene bastantes efectos y amps como para variar tu sonido muy bien, el nivel de volumen esta muy bien para recintos pequeños, claro con su respectivo microfono. Muy bueno, a sacarle todo el jugo posible.

Muy completo, con muchas funciones y por un precio muy por abajo de su capacidad..

Buen amplificador, muy muy buen sonido, se escucha a bastantes metros. El único problema que tuve fue con el conector aux 3.5, el cual una vez conecté y empezó a fallar el amplificador, tuve que mandarlo a arreglar. Pero dejando de lado todo eso es muy buena opción de compra, tiene afinador, muchos efectos y bastantes amplificadores integrados
