Similar items can be a very tight fit, making them really difficult to get back out again when you need access to the socket. These however are a good fit but don't need a screwdriver as a lever to get them back out again! They are certainly tight enough that small fingers shouldn't be able to get them out.

I use these for a vacant sockets in a couple of extension leads to prevent dust & bits going into socket. They are flat & unobtrusive and pretty difficult to get out for these aging hands - no children here, so can't attest to their child-proofness.

Good value, does the job in grandmas house. I find the difficult to get out so a child would I think.

Once you’ve plugged one of these in- it impossible to get them off if you then needed to use the socket- you have to end up using a screwdriver- which is annoying especially if you haven’t got one nearby and hour in a rush to get things done.
