Tastes great and low in carbs
Tastes amazing and unlike a lot of kimchi I have seen on the shelves, this one is very low in carbs. Great snack for keto,

It is delicious.
I like kimchi and briefly made our own. However, it is a lot less bother to just buy it in. This one is somewhat spicy, but won't take the back of your throat out.

Nice in fried rice/soups
This tastes ok on its own however it's very strong on the ginger, it's mellowed when put into other things though. Not the best representation of kimchi but not the worst by far.

Does not have the spices of a proper Kimchi, but it's great tasting and more flavourful than a typical sauerkraut. Great for gut health as it's loaded with probiotics. I often put Sriracha on it and it's even more delicious. Can't beat the price either. Hard to find anything else that's raw, unpasteurized in the supermarkets and if you order one online it costs a lot more so I've bought this many times and will continue to do so.

The recipe is becoming worse each time
When I first bought this kimchi few years back it was brilliant. Unfortunately it only went downhill since then. Now it has absolutely lost any of its initial crunchiness, the mass became very soggy, it’s way too salty now, and the bits are too small. The Great Taste award from 2018 was well deserved, but the current 2023 version can’t even compare. Please sort out the issues and bring the normal kimchi back.

Really is the best tasting mass produced Kimchi. But where do all lettuce tops go? I get a tough lettuce base in every spoon!
