We purchased this remote controlled police car for our son’s fourth birthday. He got the hang of it really quickly. The car moves really well and the sounds are fun - very loud but can be turned off :). Unfortunately, the car missed the driveway and went right down the storm drain on day 3 of having it. I reached out to Dime & Nickel as a long shot for a replacement, fully expecting to not get an answer or be told no. After all, it was of no fault of theirs that the car went right into the drain. To my surprise, they responded within a couple hours and asked for some information, and a replacement car was mailed out the next business day. When the new car came, there were some issues with connecting the remote to the car. We contacted the manufacturer on the instruction manual and got no response. I reached back out to Dime & Nickel to see if they had encountered this issue before and maybe had a reset code or something like that. After assessing the car and remote, they are sending another replacement and are even testing to make sure they work before shipping out. We have been blown away by the customer service and willingness to help. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you to Menachem and all of Dime & Nickel for caring. We will absolutely be purchasing again in the future.

After purchasing two other remote control cars that did not work, this one is amazing. Purchased for a disabled student and she absolutely loves it! Great product and has already brought so much joy.

I bought one fire engine and one police car for my daughters (ages 4 and 6). They were so excited when they arrived. We followed all the instructions by charging the vehicles until their headlines stopped blinking and putting batteries in the remote controls. Once the vehicles were fully charged, we turned them both on. To my girls' great disappointment, neither of the vehicles worked. Their lights would turn on but they wouldn't make noise or move at all. My girls were so upset. I contacted the seller to find out what the problem was. They advised me to sync the remote to the vehicle. You do this by first turning on the car, then turning on the remote and then pressing the button on the front left of the remote. Magically, both cars started working and my daughters love them. I just wish the tidbit about syncing the remote to the vehicle had been included in the instruction manual.

This RC Car is the best car out there for the money. Great Value and Awesome Fun! Only issue I had was my 4 year old daughter dropped the car when running and the speaker for the sirens, horn, music, etc. fell out of it's secured spot inside the vehicle (screws do not have large enough heads to hold the speaker in place - should have a larger head/washer to help hold it in the slot). Otherwise, very durable! The steering and responsiveness is by far the best I have seen in an electric RC toy car, it also runs for well over an hr on a single charge. I bought a CyperChargers 2012 Doge Challenger RC car for my son because he loves blue cars, and the KidiRace RC Police Car runs rings around it...Going to buy the Fire Truck from KidiRace to replace the Challenger!!! Only thing I disliked was the need to unscrew the battery cover to get to the USB charger cord. I just took it out and left it out and now my kids can charge it when needed.

My son got this for his birthday, he loves police cars and this has become his favorite one to play with. It works great, the battery last for about 30 minutes. It doesn't take long at all to charge it. It has held up to him playing with it outside in the driveway. The sounds are loud but can be turned off., he enjoys it more with the lights and sounds going! Great product!

What an interactive toy. Lots of noise for their sensory system. Just glad he took it home with him.

I am giving this one star because there is no option for zero stars. This was bought in October as a Christmas gift but wasn’t opened and played with until Christmas morning. It’s already broken and will not work. Complete junk. Return window closed of course. Take the money you would spend on this and just throw it out your window as you drive down the street. Your money will be better spent in the sewer system. My 4 year old daughter got about 6 hours of play out of this before the remote failed. Such a waste….
