The missing star is due to the packaging - such an expensive bottle of liquid came in a strong paper envelope - no further protection and the brand box supplied with the bottle is a light quality. I count myself lucky that the bottle was not cracked on arrival when it needs to last a long time.

Have been purchasing this product from Clarins for over 3 years - so familiar with how the consistency of the serum should be when dispensing.I found this last product purchased via Amazon. As I was dispensing was squirting on my face - which initially I thought was a one off. But then seemed to be every time. Certainly didn't have the thicker consistency as others purchased

El producto es muy bueno, pero encargué este serum tres veces y tres veces me enviaron uno se ojos, mucho más pequeño y de menor precio. Al final ni tengo el producto que quería ni me he ahorrado tiempo y molestias pues tengo q ir a devolverlo

My skin texture appearance is beautiful due to the product. It is smooth, hydrated, and moisturized from this serum. I love it. It has a great ability to soak into my skin. It doesn't just sit on your skin. I put it on my hands too. The product is of excellent quality. I strongly recommend it. Previously, I purchased this item from a different department store, but now I prefer to buy it from Amazon and I am confident that I can save a few dollars.

Commander et reçu le mauvais.. retour....recommander ....et à nouveau recu le mauvais....retour...recommander ... reçu le bon.Mais maintenant seulement un retour à été rembourser.
