Great for senior citizens. Easy to grip and use and does the job.

POSITIVES: very comfortable to hold; easy to operate (especially with weak hands); cuts nicely and cleanly; clippings don't go flying, but fall instead); very easy to use on fingernails. NEGATIVES: not so easy to use on toenails because it's difficult to see the clipper end in many orientations due to the bulk of the handle overlapping the clippers. (See pictures.) This makes it difficult to get just the right cut without grabbing skin or cutting too close. In short, these are great for fingernails, but more difficult for toenails.

This clipper was a game-changer for helping my disabled daughter with foot care, and I liked it so much I bought one for myself. The swivel head makes all the difference in accuracy and control, getting just the right angle without sacrificing grip or cutting leverage. They're sharp and easily cut through thick nails, but handle the smaller nails with precision too. Wonderful!Consider them for stocking stuffers too. They're a thoughtful gift for anyone.

After suffering a stroke, clipping my nails was difficult. These clippers have one side that is plastic and keeps my fingers from slipping like they did with all metal clippers. My granddaughter who is disabled can use these easily also. You can adjust the end so you can clip at a different angle which is also helpful.
