Great product. It is just what we were looking for.

I got the 'usual' end-of-life for my laptop battery message during my hardware diagnostics. I considered buying a 'genuine' Dell battery, but I didn't want to pay $130. The price for this battery was $29 so I took a chance. The installation took 10 min because there are so many screws and you need to be careful with removing the back cover. I run the my hardware diagnostics and the battery checked out okay. I also noticed that the battery life message hovering over the battery icon on the taskbar now says that I have 3hr 45 min battery life (after I had charged my battery the night before). Before the battery replacement the message said for the fully charged battery 2hr 10 min battery life. So I'm very happy with this replacement.

This arrived well packaged, and it fit perfectly in my Dell Inspiron 5570. However, I had somewhat of a hard time opening the back of my laptop to be able to get to the battery. Apparently, I shook something loose in the process, so when I installed the battery and turned on the laptop, the keyboard didn't work properly (some keys stuck and didn't show up at all), and it didn't recognize that the battery was installed. After reading a lot of online solutions to this type of problem, I took the battery out, and checked all the connections. I noticed that one of the connections had become slightly unseated. I don't know what connection it was, but I re-sested it and checked every single connection on the motherboard to make sure everything was completely inserted. After that at worked perfectly.

I have ordered once in the past and the battery worked well, lasting 1.5 years, reordered recently but this time battery was defective and would not last longer than an hour. Fast shipping and equipment for replacement included both times.

Won't know any more till it has cycled a few times

We bought battery in March of 2024. Three months later it does not hold any charge. After 3 months of it will not charge or hold charge. Computer must remain plugged in at all times. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money and time. Not as described.

seems to work very good. Saved me from replacing a old laptop that was working fine except for battery life. After replacing i am getting battery life for a full days work, so the my 7 year old dell laptop started working like new.
