Are they 1 Quality or second quality balls

These Brunswick balls are made by Aramith and have the same specs as the Aramith Tournament Professional balls. I had a similar question so I phoned Bumpernets and they guaranteed me that these balls are not seconds and brand new. I found them to be so and are first rate. Regarding Bumpernets' discounted price, my Colorado custom cuemaker received a professional discount from a Colorado supplier (not Bumpernets) and he only paid $250, so there is a substantial markup on these balls. Obviously, Bumpernets is taking a bit less than retail (i.e. $400 or a bit over) on each set and is depending upon volume. Hope this helps.
