I don't always use the auto manufacturer's brands but when they are comparably priced I see no reason not too. I've owned my truck since 2017 and I've done every oil change but the first myself. I bought every Motorcraft filter here on Amazon. The filter is OEM quality. It comes with the 3 O-rings so as long as you replace them you have piece of mind that there's very little risk of failure.

Good product that always works well
I have been using these motor craft oil filters for nearly 10 oil changes & never had any problems. I tried a different brand once & the small o- ring broke so I will always use Motorcraft brand.
