Whiskey Stones, Whiskey Gifts for Men, 1.5"Extra Large Reusable Ice Cube, Made of 304 Stainless Steel, Set of 2

First of all no insult to the seller, I chose to buy these to end the hassle of ice. You have to let it sit at least 10 minutes in a narrow bottom glass for maximum contact. It will "cool" the alcohol a bit, so I've taken to putting the glass with the stone in it in the freezer and can get 2 shots in a row from it, after that you need to use the second stone. Definitely like that it doesn't water down whatever you're drinking so you get that warmth from the liquor plus the flavor. It's a great concept and hopefully whoever makes these will find a better medium that will work better than the current product. I just like my liquor chilled but I doubt the smaller cubes would be any better, people with more knowledge have posted here as to why these stones don't work like we wish they did. I'm not returning them but finding a way to use them and hope that whoever makes these will come up with a better recipe in terms of what's inside these stones because they're definitely a "cool" idea. As for the reviews saying you'll end up knocking your teeth out is BS, I've had the last sip and the stone stays unless I tip the glass more which I don't since that last bit will get to your mouth. I used heavy duty glasses both tall and short without any breakage to test this product. I hope this helps anyone to make up their mind in purchasing these.

I like that I don't have to make ice

A VERY neat and handy item for cooling a hot beverage when one is in a hurry! Of course, contrary to the product's name, one wouldn’t actually employ them with whiskey, though they'd be fine for helping keep mixed cocktails chilly, since the ability to reach a desired degree of dilution is, in large part, why one adds ice or plain water to scotch, bourbon, or other good whiskey.

Use them in Coffee or Tea! Put them in your tumbler at room temp and they will suck the heat out of your hot coffee or tea and keep it around 145F. Perfect temp.

Store them in the freezer, put them in your drink, enjoy a cooled beverage. Simple. They clean up quickly and are ready to reuse after they are chilled again.

These whiskey stones work as described. They chill your drink within minutes and keeping cool without dilution. The included plastic packaging keep the stones sealed so they do not cone in contact with other foods that might rub on unwantes flavors.They are shper easy to clean. A quick rinse under warm water is all it takes. Great product.

The case they come it that you use to freeze them was broken when I opened it. The box was in perfect shape. So a very cheaply made case.Don’t recommend
