Reese Towpower 7036800 1-7/8" Chrome Hitch Ball for ATV/Lawn Tractor, Gray

I put this on my lawn mower and pull a trailer with it.

I've used a variety of hitch balls on my quad over the years. I pull a trailer, use nylon straps around it and other typical stuff. This hitch ball appears to up to handling all those tasks.The smaller stem would be a problem for a pickup truck. Just not the same support, but for a quad it's the right size. It also appears to be a little shorter. That means it will pickup less junk driving around in the weeds.Overall I'm happy.

I put this on the back of my mower to pull our small utility trailer. The shank of this one is smaller than what you can usually find in the store, and that is just what I needed for the mower.

As far as hitch balls for lawn mowers go, this is a good one. Fit perfectly with the smaller diameter shank.

Honestly I bought this and 3 trailer couplers because I was tired of losing hitch pins and bolts for my lawn trailers. Now I don't have to worry about being forgetful and the hitch system works great.

perfect fit on my riding mower, now i can tow my trailer around the yard that has a 1 7/8 ball hitch coupler, great value !
