Slip Uno Adapter Harp Converter Lamp Shade Uno Euro Fitter 1 9/16 Inner Diameter

I have an antique lamp that I've been trying to find a harp for. This is the best one I've found so far. It's still not that steady due to the configuration of the lamp, but I set it by a wall and the wall keeps the lampshade steady.

Fit my ikea lamp. Doesnt include a ring, (part with threads to hold it down). That is specified in the product description though.

For anyone else who is wondering, these are too large for Ikea lamps-- I have tried using them to adapt both an Ikea floor lamp and table lamps, and they are too wide for both. I'm sure they are great for the right lamp, but Ikea seems narrower than these. Oh well!

I used it to convert a target dorm floor lamp to hold a nicer shade. I guess I mismeasured my lamp cup because this was too big to screw on (they also offer a smaller size) but it sits on the screw-on platform that came with the lamp, so it works for me.

I had a fantastic old lamp shade that used a harp, but I wanted to attach it to a cheap Ikea lamp base. This fit perfectly and I can finally showcase the lampshade. Piece of advice passed on to me from a lamp store: you'll want to buy a smaller harp than you think you need. Harps normally attach quite a bit lower, but when you used gizmos like this, you wind up with the shade sitting much higher, revealing all the lamp stuff that should be hidden. I bought the smallest harp (8") that Home Depot had and I can still see part of the light bulb socket. At this point, I'm not going to change it, but it's something to keep in mind.

We had an Ikea lamp but needed a new lampshade. Didn't know there were different kinds of shades, such as harp and UNO. It seems Ikea uses UNO, but most of Amazon sells harp.This little adapter fit onto our lampshade exactly (after I unscrewed a plastic ring). I was able to put a harp and a lampshade on after.

This did not fit the Thorinstruments lamp socket as told it would. The diameter of the hole was too large. I had to go to my local ACE hardware to find a solution. It essentially was a loss of money for me.
