Easy to install and use.

The media could not be loaded. This dongle extended my controller range a crazy amount. Like seriously, I was in the kitchen around the corner, 50 ft away from my TV and it still worked 100% Sorry for the weird video, I didn't know how else to show how well it worked.

Once I connected this to a computer that didn't have Bluetooth, I prompted forgot I had because all my Bluetooth devices that paired to it just keep working. I haven't had to mess with this thing once, and that in the tech world is as big a win as they come as far as I'm concerned.

Pretty easy install and instructions were easy, son is happy he can have Bluetooth with his laptop now.

I wanted a Bluetooth device for my car (2011 Honda Sport Fit). My car has an USB input I use to connect a flash drive with music, but I wanted to see if a Bluetooth receiver would work. It did not. It showed up as unrecognizable on my dash screen.

I've been purchasing products from UGREEN for the past few years now and have yet to be disappointed. I use this adapter for my WFH setup to connect a bluetooth keyboard and headset- noticably much better than the bluetooth that came with my work laptop. However, I will admit, there are some caveats with their products that aren't common knowledge and may not be listed publicly with the product description/troubleshooting steps. e.g. What I've learned while setting this product up on my laptop running Windows 11 (22H2):- If your machine already has a bluetooth and you're adding this adapter to have a better bluetooth connection, you'll more than likely have to go into Device Manager and disable your built-in bluetooth to keep the two adapters from fighting to be the active bluetooth radio.- For users experiencing issues with this adapter cutting in and out, be sure to go to the adapter's properties in Device Manager, and make sure that you have "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" UN-checked on the Power Management tab.Refer toimages attached for visual aid

Works fine but did not work with wii controllers for emulator

driver auto installed and popped BT icon in about 3 seconds. paired just as fast. zero latency issues via in game chat or discord. no mic issues mentioned by others on call/ in chat. Does what it promises seamlessly for less than most competitors. 10/10 recommend
