Excellent value for baking soda in a somewhat bulk container. I firmly believe that most everything can be cleaned well with a little baking soda thrown at it so I like to keep some on hand at all times. Finding this 2lb container has made that so much easier for me to do and I don’t have to worry about being stingy with the amount I use when I clean with it. I haven’t tried baking with this yet so I can’t speak to how well it works in a baking application but for cleaning - it’s excellent.
