Our dining table rug always gets a lot of foot traffic and always gets disrupted whenever we use the Roomba to vacuum so I needed a permanent solution. Honestly, I can't believe I waited this long to get these rug grippers. Our rugs always curled up at the corners, making it look messy and even causing a few tripping hazards but these grippers fixed it instantly. No more annoying bumps or sliding carpets. I really didn't think it would work. Probably too because I was expecting a gripper that was only a few inches long. So to my surprise when I saw it, each gripper was quite large. But that's not even the best part. What's great about it is that it's very easy to use. I mean it's just like a sticker so just peel, stick, and press down. They work great on both hardwood and tile, keeping everything securely in place. I even tested them on my outdoor patio rug, and they held up beautifully. If you're tired of worrying someone is going to trip over the rug, or you're tired of fixing your rug every time someone walks over it, do yourself a favor and grab these rug grippers.

Works extremely well. I live in North Dallas and the wind constantly blows and causes our outdoor rug to flip over. These hold the rug in place and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I never write reviews, but had to make an exception for this amazing product. Everyone needs to know about it. Permanently solved a years long annoying rug problem in literally 30 seconds or less. We all have them - the slippery area rugs in front of the bed, to keep your toes warm before you find the slippers, to serve as intermediary between the slippery shower and the more slippery tile and in front of the kitchen sink (that always seemed like an odd place for a rug to me).The one common denominator - they slide. Catch your foot wrong, you're across the room, upright, if you're lucky. Our cats treat them like the metal saucers coated with cooking spray in Christmas Vacation - they back up, run, hit the rug with their bellies and they're sliding across the floor, usually into the pet fountain.For the clumsy and those with balance issues, this can be a very serious potential problem, leading to not only ER visits but also extended hospital stays (ask me how I know).I'll admit, I didn't have very high expectations for these. The package contained four plastic triangles, with an outer coating of, pleather? What good could they possibly do?It works really well for its stated purpose - it keeps rug corners from curling, which helps keep the rug in one place. Period. That's all it claims to do.For best results, do some minor prep of the floor - clean using an appropriate medium and let dry. (In full disclosure, I didn't do that. Which may explain a few things about where I am today.) Line up each triangle with a corner of the rug, remove the adhesive from the pleather and secure the rug to the desired spot. After a few minutes, that rug isn't going anywhere. It's fairly easy to relocate but, once again, structural integrity becomes an issue the more times that it is moved.My problem with it is minor - it does exactly what it claims - it keeps the corners of the rug from curling, which helps keep the rug in place. But, I wish that there had been something to secure the middle of the rug. I purchased Carpet Tape for this purpose but, I wish that there was an all-in-one product, for all of your dangerous area rug situations.

Works great even on rugs that are already curling up on the ends. Just be sure to clean the bottom of the rug and let it dry before applying. I didn’t stick mine to the floor. The weight alone holds it down.

Honestly I was waiting for the corners to pop up or the rug to creep away but after 2 weeks it is not moving at all! This is the best grippers that I have ever used! Highly recommend, rush to buy these. You will be amazed as much as I am

Worked for about two weeks and then it started moving. I could not restick it, the residue washed off and it won't stick anymore.

I only used two corners for rug in front of the kitchen sink. They are staying in place
