I can tell when I run out and an not taking this. It is on me subscription now. I get energy and an all over better getting. It's hard to explain. I am almost 50 and preimeopausal with ADHD and low vit D and iron and have tried about every supplement I hear about and this is one I will stick with. It helps with fatigue also.

This stuff has me feeling so giggly its amazing stuff! My mood improved in just 2 days and I even tried the other drops of vitamin b but this one works WAY BETTER! I have bought one for each of my kids and even my elderly mother. They also see the improvement in their mental health. It's wild!

My son is 12. He struggles with social situations around other children. Our home has been a battleground since he turned one because of his behavior. As his Mama, I knew he needed help but no doctor seemed to know how. I tried him on this three days ago and this is the answer we have been praying for for so long! He is calm and kind and handles life like a normal kid. He said everyday of his life he feels anxious and on edge and he doesn’t feel like that anymore! Praise God for this pill!

It is fine. But I wish it would come in a larger quantity per bottle so it would cost less.

While I give this a 5 star review, I want to warn you that this is a high dose make sure you start at the low dose for an adult at 7.5mg I just realize this was high at 15mgi Will say one day of taking it and the ringing in my ears is gone so it’s helping my blood pressure quite quickly. I do like it more energy but this can be a honeymoon phase at the dose is quite high and my body may not be able to process all that out. So stay wise start low work up your dose unlike me. Hope this helps in your decision on dosage cause I was lost.

I have been taking B 12 for a long time. Didn't really do anything. Then I saw this product. Was only on it a few days and I noticed a difference. More energy, less brain fog. I absolutely love it
