As always with Ollny products, I'm delighted with the quality of these lights. Obviously they would make ideal Xmas lights, but they would also be perfect for decorating a child's room or for a party.Lot of colour options but the warm white is the nicest in my opinion. Can't wait to have these up.

Having previously owned some Ollny LED lights before, I had high hopes for these. I was glad to find them just as good as the others-One thing I like about these is the unique colours. They're hard to describe, but I'd say they're like pastel colours rather than over the top bold bright colours like you see everywhere else. It looks really nice in the star shades. Despite the USB plug being in the shape of an Xmas tree, these aren't just limited to going on the tree and can be used elsewhere with the star design-There are multiple colour options to choose from, so if you don't like the colours you can choose a warm what for example (and vice versa). You can use the single button on the USB plug to cycle between the different modes, but to have access to the full list of customisation you will need to use the provided remote.One thing I've always disliked about LED lights like this is the lack of relaxing fade modes. All lights nowadays are really intense and annoying flashing so it's nice that these have some slow fading options-Seem quite expensive at £18 currently, and that is my only downside so far. Besides that they're great lights and have good customisation

I have some othergarden lights but these stand out and are quite impressive. My others tend to be the type on a thin adhesive ribbon but this, on a good heavy cable, is so much more sturdy. The lamps themselves seem well made and the cable terminates with a USB plug which also seems to incorporate the receiver for the remote.There is no mains connector included so a source of USB power is needed. Cheap enough if needed but I guess most people have some form of phone charger available. I wanted the lights for the top of the garden and tried them with a small rechargeable battery pack with a USB outlet. The lights work perfectly for hours with the battery.The remote offers a range of lighting sequences with different colours and flashing or fading at various speeds. The options are marked on the remote and detailed in the small leaflet included. The only snag being that the buttons and instructions have no relationship with what the lights do. back to trial and error to press buttons until you like the result. The remote also has a timer function to automatically turn off the lights after a set number of hours.These lights are a little more expensive than many available but they are definitely worth the extra.

I can’t wait to put these lights up at Christmas! - But they’re also suitable for all year round lighting.They’re very pretty and I like the fact that you can choose to have white lights or coloured in one device which is very progressive. My personal preference is the white lights however, you don’t get as many light sequence options with just the white lights, so that’s something to bear in mind. I’d say that these are more ideal for someone who wants colourful lights.- One thing that I did notice when I was testing these lights is that the light sequence options written in the instruction manual aren’t the same as the sequence options on the remote. What is written in the manual is inaccurate so if you’re looking for a specific light sequence I’d recommend that you disregard the manual and just play around with the remote or the button attached to the lights.The remote also comes with a spare battery which I greatly appreciated.Overall, I’m rather happy with these lights and I know they’ll look amazing at Christmas.

This warm-white/multi-colour USB-powered LED string light by Ollny is very attractive and could be used for many occasions as it can be used either indoors or outside, and has many modes and features accessed via the supplied remote control. The LED string itself has an IP44 waterproof rating but if used outdoors with a USB power bank – for example – this would need protection if used in the rain – indoors any USB port should work OK. The wire string is rather prone to tangling so is best left where it is to be used instead of keep moving it around if it is to be used a lot – but if used on the Christmas tree, for example, then just be careful when packing it away after use each season. This is a fairly long light-string running to about 15 metres (50 feet) and has 100 colour-changing star-shaped LEDs along it’s length. Currently around seventeen pounds from Amazon this is a good-value product that can brighten up a dark winter night or add some colour to a warm summer evening – five stars for quality and value at the price.

The 4 colours are Multicolor, warm white and 2 mixed colours.These look so lovely when they are on, the are of a good durable quality and will hopefully last for a few years, they do have a lifespan of 20,000 hours!I can reccomend these lights and wouldn't hesitate to buy again if needed.The price is about right.
