Perfect for chocolate covered cherries
I use this inverse syrup to make my infused chocolate covered cherry bombs. I end up injecting the Cherry with liquid but the inverse makes the white part more liquidy in the homemade chocolate covered cherries. I also used it to make the copycat Cadbury eggs as well and came out amazing.

This works fantastic for liquidating fondant centers in candies. It takes so little in a batch to do the job, but within two weeks the centers were nice and creamy. Great product.

Great product
I used this to make Easter candy (cream centers for chocolate Easter eggs). Works great and has good flavor. A little goes a long way, so good value for the money.

It actually works
Made chocolate covered cherries. This is what's needed for the center to liquefy. It took almost 2 weeks for this to happen, but recipe said it would.Don't know what else to make with this yet, but there is more then enough.In time as I do, I'll update. Till then happy baking!
