Shiny but delicate
I like this paper but it's extremely thin. That's a benefit in terms of workability and getting a sharp impression of whatever you're wrapping, but the downside is that it tears easily. I had to use it as an inner liner on my homemade chocolate and add a sturdier wrap to the outside. I don't mind that, but just bear in mind that it's a very delicate foil.
