This is a great product, well-made like other Snailax devices. It's battery-powered, so there's no need to keep it plugged in. It comes with a charger, and light indicators let you know when the battery is low. There are four buttons: one for heat, one for modes (three modes available), and one to change the intensity. It also includes three different massage heads: Shiatsu, acupuncture, and another type. I found the acupuncture head great for scratching and massaging my back, which was exactly what I needed. This is a very handy massager and it has the heat option. It also has an internal battery which makes this a cordless unit. It is great for tightness in thighs, calves and back. We would recommend!

This is an excellent powerful light weight rechargable device, with a very long recharge time, it is ergonomically good, i deducted a star becase the controls are high up the neck where i often grasp to get pressure, and often inadvertently turn it off , which is annoying , but it is still one of the best massage and percussion, devises i have owned . i rate it equal to the homedic and obus of its type and much lighter and easy to maneuver.
