Tassos Blue Cheese Stuffed Colossal Greek Olives, 34.24 Oz (Single)

These olives are fresh tasting (soft, not chewy and hard like some even worse stuffed olives tried recently), but there's something off about the taste. I can't quite put my finger on it. The cheese, maybe? Definitely the oil, the heaviness of the oil they're encased in gives them a weird flavor or taste. The actual olives themselves are nice, soft, palatable with a preferred texture. However, I won't buy them again. They could be good with a cheese platter. But as a previous reviewer suggested, not something I'll want to put in my martinis. (Looking for the BEST blue cheese stuffed olives? Try Divinas. OMG. Yum.)

These are the best tasting real stuffed olives ever.

Decent enough olives, but they are packed in oil instead of brine. This negatively impacts their use in martinis, which was my main reason for purchasing. Especially if you plan on making dirty martinis. Unless you enjoy an oily tasting martini, I would suggest you pass on these.
