I purchase a size (Small), it’s just what I’m looking for. The material is a lot more durable than I expected and the price is pretty reasonable compared to other brands. I needed to exchange the item for another size (M). The merchant included the instructions within the package. I followed the instructions provided my order number within 2 days I received my replacement item at NO extra cost. They even allowed me to keep the other item. That’s awesome customer service. I will shop and a refer my others.

High quality belts, great customer service. I have a 32” waist so I bought a medium as the chart says but I could barely fit in the last holes on the belt. I TEXTED customer service with the info provided with my order and they responded very quickly and sent me a new belt. If you’re a man with a 32” waist you need to get a large. The belt fits perfectly and I’m hitting new PRs every day. Very impressed with the quality of the belt.

The belt is of really good quality. I recommend sizing up for a better fit. What is is more great though is the awesome customer service.

great for weightlifting

Love the belt and the customer service was amazing. I ordered the wrong size but included with the belt was a card with instructions if this sort of thing happened. I received my new belt in the correct size a few days later at no charge and they let me keep the original belt I ordered in the wrong size.

Great lifting belt

Awesome belt! Thick and robust. Very heavy duty. I accidently got the wrong size but the customer service was fantastic and had a new belt in just 2 days. I'll definitely buying from them again. You just don't customer support like this these days! Thank you. I'm 6'2", 208 lbs., 32" waist and my correct size was a Medium. The Large I originally ordered was way too big and the tail or tip end of the belt was almost 20" long and getting in the way of my left arms natural motion when deadlifting or rowing.
