Great to put miscellaneous items in pool side. Store that much needed snot rag supply that you never think to bring but inevitably scramble for if you have kids in the pool. Also store little dip nets and other small pool items. Seems fairly water tight.

Extremely nice dry box that's a great value. It's exactly what I was looking for to hold cameras, binoculars, gps, electronics and miscellaneous gear items. It’s the perfect size and fairly durable...put together well (not flimsy, as other reviewers have suggested). My box was delivered with no warping or molding issues. The easily accessible flip top compartment is nice for small regularly used items. Inside tray is also nice. Fits perfectly in my double cab truck for camping, fishing and hunting excursions. Very happy with this purchase and the deal of a price. The large measures approximately 17 x 12 x 9.

This is a very good box for bulky things that are not too heavy. I read some comments that it is too flimsy. It's really just right in its sturdiness vs its weight. If it were stouter, it would be too heavy. If you load up a box of this size with really heavy items, it would need two handles, so a different style box would be needed, anyway. I use a couple of them, one for a field gear box with a computer, safety gear, and measuring tools, etc. The other is my gym box that fits in the locker, holds all my clothes, swim suit, toiletries, etc. It's perfect for that use, and better for the wet environment of the pool area than nylon and other gym bags (most of them). The box stays dry inside from splashes, but it's not tightly sealed enough for river rafting, etc. This is a great value for its usefulness and capacity, and I will buy more as needed.I don't like the latches much for the top panel of the lid, as they can't be opened easily by lifting straight up; you have to push down on the lid with the heel of your hand, and that releases the tight catch that holds it closed. Its not a big deal, but you do have to put in down to open that top panel.I would rate this box a 4.5 as it is, and a 5.0 if it had better top lid latches. The reason that lid is important is that it gets used a lot for removing and replacing small items. The latches do get easier to use after a few months. They are difficult to latch at first, and are improved with silicone spray lube to help them slide on the mating part of the catch.

This thing is huge compared to regular dry boxes. Heavy duty also. A keeper.

I have several of these boxes and they are well made and hold a lot of stuff!

Didnt realize how big this box was until receiving. Nice box, little pricy though

Handle popped out and the box shattered when it hit the ground. Had cordless drill, impact, light, saw and 3 batteries in it. Very cheap hinges and snap locks on the lid. Into the recycle bin 10 minutes after I received it. Junk.

These work fine for storing my pyrotechnic firing modules, Cobra 18 M’s. Seven will fit. I remove the tray to get more storage volume. The tray works well as a household tote. The lid hinge is not super secure and the lid can pop off. And you carry this thing by the lid… So secure the lid hinge with zip ties as shown by the other reviewer. One star off for this design weakness. I also use them for other field supplies setting up fireworks displays, they are very versatile. I have purchased quite a few from Amazon with no problems. I bought one from ebay and it came without a handle, Flambeau said they would send one as a freebie. It never arrived. After repeated calls, voice messages, online messages and emails, no dice. So customer service gets zero stars.UPDATE 8-8-24: Well, months later the requested handle appeared in the mail! Better late than never I suppose. So now my ebay special is back in action, thanks Flambeau.
