Ive had Stomach issues my whole life. Nervous poos. Diagnosed IBs-d 16 years ago. Taking this probiotic significantly helps my urgency. I have less stomach aches and less gas. I only take one per day because of the price. But it has definitely helped my ibs symptoms and I will order again.

A health expert on  George Noori 's radio show said that probiotic supplements are even more important than vitamin supplements. That were he forced to pick only one, he'd choose probiotics over vitamins. That's based on his theory that vitamin supplements aren't very effective unless you have an efficient digestive system, which probiotics provide.I've been taking probiotics for many years now. I don't know if they've helped -- how can I know what illnesses I've avoided? -- but I feel good.Absorption is always an issue with supplements. Tablets contain binders that can hinder absorption, so generally, capsules, softgels, and tinctures are better than tablets. This Dr Tobias Deep Immune Probiotics & Prebiotics supplement comes in capsules, which is good.Each serving (two capsules) contains 4.4 billion CFU of probiotics. It also contains prebiotics, which is a nice bonus. Not all probiotic supplements contain prebiotics.On the down side, some competing brands are more potent. For instance, 310 Probiotic supplement (which also contains prebiotics) offers 10 billion CFU of probiotics per serving -- and that serving is only one capsule.This Dr Tobias Deep Immune supplement has an strong scent. I've smelled it before, but I can't quite place it. The scent evokes memories of cheese or (more closely) bread, but I'm not certain if that's it. I've tried several brands of probiotics, and this is the only one with a strong scent.

I take it every day if I don’t take it I can tell such a difference it does really help with your gut health

Love this product. I have sever issues going to the bathroom, but after taking these o have been going every day. I open the capsule and mix it in my coffee.
