Single-Side Tread Socks-Grey-X-Large (Adult Sizes: 10-11)

I have a neuropathy of the feet so any socks I wear must be soft and loose fitting, but not too loose. I love wearing non-skid slipper socks around the house. I wear a men's size 11W shoe so I thought a size XL in this slipper sock would fit comfortably. I was wrong. They are a little too tight in both length and width. Otherwise, they fit very good around the ankle and are of good quality for the price. They are wearable, and I won't be returning them, but I'll order size XXL next time or try another brand.I gave them a rating of 3 stars, but men with smaller feet might love them.

I bought these for my father who wears them at night. We don't have to worry about him slipping on the tile floors. The only thing I didn't like is that they are very narrow and short. I have to stretch them out before putting them on his feet. My Dad says they are comfortable and he doesn't mind that they only come up to his ankles. As long as he likes them that is all that matters. The price was right too. We will see how they hold up after several washings. But if they don't hold up they are inexpensive enough to just replace them.

My husband has been dealing with a open wound on his foot for months. We have been unsuccessful finding slippers thathe could wear over his bandages. These socks work perfectly to keep his feet warm, protected, and safe. The none slipside is essential to keep him from falling. He walks with a walker. Since we bought these, we bought the same type fromthe same company but slightly larger (xxl). The others were fine, even after many, many washes, but the larger size is evenbetter for him.

These Single-side tread socks are great for my husband. He had a stroke last year resulting in partial paralysis of his left leg. These socks enable him to keep his footing, thus avoiding slips and falls when I help him walk or change from his wheel chair to the sofa. I looked high and low, but was never able to find the socks at any of our local retail stores - thanks Amazon for giving me the resource I needed.

I WERE A SIZE 9 1/2 SHOE,10' SOCK AND CAN BARELY GET THESE SLIPPER SOCKS ON MY FEET,ONCE I DO GET THEM ON THEY NEARLY REACH MY ANKLE AND EASILY SLIDE. OFF MY FEET.I HAD TO GIVE THE SOCKS TO MY WIFE WHOM HAVE A MUCH SMALLER FOOT SIZE AND THEY FIT HER PERFECTLY.MAYBE THE VENDOR SHOULD ADVERTISE THE SOCKS AS SUITABLE FOR WOMEN,THE AVERAGE MAN IS GOING TO HAVE TROUBLE WITH THIS ITEM AS FAR AS FITTING IS CONCERN.I PURCHASE THE SOCKS SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE X-LARGE AND I WANTED AMPLE ROOM BECAUSE OF SHRINKAGE THAT OCCUR IN THESE TYPE OF SOCKS,AFTER THE FIRST WASH I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET THEM ON MY TOES.

We own and operate a Bed & Breakfast and have hardwood floors (most original to the 120 year old Victorian house). We offer these to our guest so that we can protect the floors. I would rate a five star and although we have not had any complaints from our guests they are not true to size and should be ordered in a larger size to fit better.

Description states X-Large but they barely fit on my size 10 feet. They are 12 inches/30 cm long, 3.5 inches/9 cm wide out of the package before being worn or washed. When put on they only come to about 3 inches/7.5 cm above the ankle bones. The material is very thin.

After knee surgery and paying the outragous charge for a pair of similar socks, I got a dozen pair of these, n anticipation of my next surgery. I am now in the hospital and am able to change socks everyday. They work just like the ones the hospital issue, are comfortable, and at the price, I can't complain at all. I did get the extra large, because they do tend to be a bit on the narrow side. I wear a man's shoe size of 8-8 1/2 and a woman's size of 10 wide. They come up over my ankle and are not binding on my fat ankles.
