- Gyokuro is the most sophisticated Japanese tea. It is also one of the most expensive and delicate green teas the world has to offer. The finest tea bushes are fully shaded for at least two weeks before the new tender spring leaves are hand-picked and carefully crafted and dried.
- Pantenger Organic Gyokuro is harvested in Kagoshima. This 100% Saemidori cultivar tea has been carefully crafted for the local tea ceremony and it is rarely available outside Japan.
- Pantenger Matcha Green Tea Powder Ceremonial Grade is the highest grade of matcha available in Japan and is used for the Japanese Tea Ceremony. It is organically grown in Kagoshima Prefecture by a ninth-generation family-owned tea estate that has accumulated over 250 years of artisan expertise.
- Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha contains tea leaves from four different cultivars: Asatsuyu, intense green color and reduced bitterness, Saemidori, low bitterness and lack of astringency, Okumidori and Ya-bukita both have an elegant aroma and a strong umami taste.
