I adore this tea. Definitely heavier on lavender than gray but a perfect, mild relaxing tea for any time of day and evening. Delicious with a splash of cream and teaspoon of honey. I ordered this because I’ve been trying to duplicate the Starbucks London Fog latte. The exact Teavana Earl Grey tea they used isn’t sold so ordered Teavana’s Earl Grey Crème and was missing the lavender fragrance. One teabag each of TEGC and SZEGL will be perfect for a London Fog Latte’s with vanilla syrup.

Not much of a tea flavor pretty much just lavender

So, I drink Bigelow (my fav) and Twinning Earl Grey. Both have a strong bergamot flavor. I've been experimenting with making my own London Fog (strong brew Earl grey tea, vanilla, sweetener, and creamer) drinks at home and sometimes I like the flavor of lavender included with the vanilla-scented tea latte. I like that this tea comes in the triangular mesh tea bags, they brew much better than the paper bags we are used to. However, the lavender to Earl Grey tea ratio seems a bit off. The lavender is very pronounced-- even slightly overbearing. It is almost as if this is a lavender tea that has a hint of Earl Grey tea flavoring. Not my fav, but I will keep searching. Maybe I need to make my own lavender syrup so I can adjust the lavender content as I see fit.
